STORY

It often happens that artists "smell" a color, as if the image in their head forms a scent. A
strong red radiates the smell of ripe cherries, a bright purple seems to smell of violets. . . In the
same way, perfumers naturally associate a fragrance nuance with a particular hue. This summer,
diptyque has been inspired by this principle and has assigned matching colours to the Maison's
five emblematic fragrances, always based on the shade corresponding to the main ingredient of
each of the five compositions: For Eau des Sens the golden yellow reminds of orange blossoms.
