How do I register a new account?

Please follow these simple steps to register to Niche Garden website:

1. click ‘LOGIN/REGISTER’, located on the top right-hand corner of Niche Garden website.

2. click ‘REGISTER’ tab.

3. enter your email address and password you will remember and continue to enter your information when requested.

4. click ‘REGISTER’ button.

After registering on the website you will get one verification email for the confirmation.After verify the email and login to the website.

How do I change my personal information?

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on My Account at the top of the page.

3. Find the information you want to update and select the edit option.

4. Press the Save button.

I forgot my account password. How do I reset it?

We can help you reset your password.
1. When you are prompted to sign in to your account, select the *Lost password* option.
2. You will immediately be emailed a unique link (valid for 30 minutes) to reset your password.
3. Once you receive this email, click your unique link and go follow the prompts to reset your password.

How do I change my password?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on My Account at the top of the page.
3. Click on Profile Settings tab.
4. Fill in the required fields under the “PASSWORD CHANGE” heading.
5. Press the Save changes button.

Do you keep any of my personal information?

Your personal information including name, email address, billing and delivery address when applicable is securely stored in our e-commerce database with encryption. This information is available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop with us. Credit card information is only saved upon your request.

How do I place an order?

Products are available from each section in the main menu and are also searchable via the search box in the upper right hand corner of the website. On each product page, select the quantity you want to order and add the item to your cart. Continue to add additional items to your cart or continue through to the check out process.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order at any time on https://www.aramex.com/track/shipments using Reference number or Tracking number.
