L’Ile Pourpre by Les Liquides Imaginaires is a Chypre Fruity fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. L’Ile Pourpre was launched in 2016. The nose behind this fragrance is Nadege Le Garlantezec. Top notes are shiso, angelica, bergamot and ginger; middle notes are fig, fenugreek and artemisia; base notes are cedar, patchouli, cashmeran, ambroxan and whipped cream.

STORY
The challenge for Philippe Di Méo , the founder of the brand, was about to create a fruit that would reflect the spirit of Liquides Imaginaires. Far from the sweet and girly fruits that we usually find in perfumery, L ’Ile Pourpre exudes a mysterious trail, that expresses the audacious and mystical brand’s identity. Inspired by the idea of an unknown fruit, the perfumer Nadège Le Garlantezec, has imagined a black and sensual fig. Refreshed by the aromatic top notes of shiso, twisted by the spicy tones of ginger, this fig get dressed of a liquorous charm thanks to davana, to lay down a woody bed (cedarwood, incense, ambroxan).
