THE INSPIRATION
Upon taking the reins of the Maison in 1977, Marie-Claude Lalique succeeded in making it more
feminine and fashionable. The sense of movement and love of colour in her magnificent sculptures
really brought them to life. Rich and cheerful shades of Mandarin and Prune express the vibrant
personality of Marie-Claude Lalique herself.
